SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities:
Ability to over see several commercial building projects. Must be experience in managing oversight for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
Experience in oversight of projects of over $1,000,000.00 and reviewing architectural and engineering drawings is a must. RESUME REQUIRED. Salary DOE.
